Operational Port Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Lead the terminal operations which include import, storage and distribution of Bitumen into the Indonesia market.
Achieve the KPIs set by the management for to ensure optimal terminal efficiency
Play the role of main coordinator between the user(s) of the terminal and the terminal management to ensure seamless operations.
Play the focal point for coordination with the jetty owners to ensure smooth and safe operations during product import using bitumen tankers.
Lead the safety, Health and environmental process of the terminal to ensure compliance with authority regulations, company policies and best in class practices in the industry.
Manage efficiently the supporting divisions of the terminal which includes HR and accounting
Conduct all corporate reporting requirements to the management which includes auditing, account reporting and operations update.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Marine), Maritime Studies, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Negotiation, Custom Clearance, Shipping.
Required language(s): English.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Shipping or Management.
1 Full-Time position(s) available.
Preferable live in east java ( Surabaya, Gresik, Lamongan etc )
